The answer to this is no. You’re the temple of the Holy Spirit. That means the Holy Spirit is in you like the glory of God of Israel was in the Holiest of the Holy in the temple. And the demon is not going to attempt to reside in you when the Holy Spirit is there. If you’re not a real believer, you don’t have the Holy Spirit, you just make believe you’re a believer, you know, yah, that can happen, but that’s being an unbeliever. So, no, demons don’t go into believers. But they’ll mess with you, you know. It says in Ephesians, they’ll throw darts at you. Darts are thoughts, ideas, notions – evil ones.
Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Darts are thoughts, ideas, and notions. They’ll play with you to mess you up, okay? But they don’t go in you. Demons do not go into believers. There’s no instance of it. There’s no demons being tossed out of believers in the New Testament, okay? Forget about that. That’s church teaching, alright?
And remember, it says, “Lay hands suddenly on no man.”
1 Timothy 5:22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure.
Don’t go doing that unless you know what you’re doing and who you’re doing it to, okay? Same thing due very careful who lays hands on you.
